REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

refund or exchange, Please see below for more information on our return policy.
EXCHANGE
All exchanges must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of the purchase date. All exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at conctact@italiansilver925.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and proof of purchase and photo of a defective product, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Return duration is 7-10 working days.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twenty (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
REFUND MODES
The return duration for an item is 7-10 working days, and it will be returned to the same mode of payment.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
- If the product tampers with, then only it will get exchanged.
- If we do not have stock for the purchased product then we can refund the full amount, or else if the customer wants to wait, we can deliver the product in 20 days.
